At PVG Training (PVGTEC), our goal is to deliver high quality teaching and training which develops the skills, knowledge and behaviour of our learners to ensure they are professionals and employees who deliver high standards in their organisations. We aim to stretch and challenge them to progress onto higher levels and aspire to be the best they can be, at work and/or further learning.

MEET THE TEAM
Mrs Dorcas Olowoyo (FCCA, FCA, FFA/FIPA) is a fellow of Associate Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and of the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) and Institute of Public Accountant of Australia (IPA). She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She has over 25 years combined post qualification accounting and management experience in professional practice across varied sectors. Dorcas manages PVG Accounting Services and Consultancy Ltd. She teaches Accounting and provides professional mentoring to aspiring accountants.
Bridget Egboko is a well–rounded educator with over 18 years collective experience occupying various roles in the health, social care and education sectors, with several degrees in Business Education, Applied Social Studies in
Social Care, MBA in Financial Management, MA (Hons) in Child, Family and Community Studies and PGC in Education. My passion for teaching has led to my teaching different subject areas. Subject core areas covered are Health and Social Care, Early Childhood Development, Academic Skills, Employability Skills and Business Studies. Extremely flexible and versatile with good classroom management skills, and passionate about inspiring students to achieve both personal and academic goals. Skilful in the articulation of information and inclusive approach to learning.
Jimi is a medical doctor with a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine from
Manchester Metropolitan University. He holds a bachelor in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB).
‘Jimi is dedicated and committed to individual and team performance and has a positive
impact on those around him. He is highly motivated and driven towards achieving set goals
and objectives and very passionate about making an impactful difference to adult and young
people’s lives through teaching.
Dr. Jimi aims to satisfy each and every student’s unique learning requirements. He possesses
vast experience of working in diverse academic settings with specialism in Sciences, Sports
science, Health and Social care, Academic and Research Skills, and Maths and Numeracy
Octavia is a registered nurse with the Manchester University Hospital NHS Trust. A
determined and hardworking person, she has developed excellent communication skills and
the ability to analyse data. Presently a trainee assessor, Octavia is able to teach Health and
Social Care, Employability Skills, Access to Nursing and Numeracy Skills.
For the last three years, Carol has worked at PVG Training delivering Functional Skills English
to adult learners. She has successfully supported a number of learner cohorts to achieve and
progress to further education and employment. She also worked at Good Success Private
Tuition as the lead English tutor; helping and encouraging the children to achieve and
progress in their studies. Carol gained her teaching qualification at Edge Hill, Ormskirk and,
subsequently, achieved a specialism in English.
In Carol’s words, she says ‘I feel that in my 10 years teaching at The Manchester College I
gained a lot of experience from the different people and circumstances I encountered. I
have grown with confidence into a considerate teacher, paying particular attention to
students’ needs and aim to form good working relationships with all students. My main aim
is for the students to feel they are capable of learning and for them to gain in self-
confidence to achieve their goals’.
